Macgregor Outside School Hours Care is an approved provider Child Care Service under the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland Act 2011) (Service Approval Number 730913).

As a requirement of MOSHC’s license, the centre is required to comply with the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland Act 2011) and Education and Care Services National Regulations. These include:

2. The numbers of staff members and children

3. Staff qualifications

4. Following the “My Time Our Place” National Quality Framework.
